Rockaway Beach Room

I'm a teacher looking for a roommate ideally starting in September. The apartment is located near plenty of stores, restaurants, a laundromat, the beach, and the S/A train. Females preferred. No smoking. Utilized included plus wifi. *One* person only. Proof of consistent source of income necessary.

The room includes a large closet space. There is currently a bed, table, dresser, and an AC unit as well that can be used or can be moved out. Additional storage space within the apartment is also available if needed. This is a two-bedroom apartment with multiple floors. *You will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen area with plenty of space for your things.*

I'm looking for someone low-key, tidy, and respectful of others. No smoking. No loud noises late at night. If you have any other questions specific to you, please let me know!

Asking: $750 per month for the room on a month-to-month basis.
