Specious duplex Beach apartment

Looking for a hardworking male to rent a room in a specious 3 bedroom apartment. Bedroom can fit a queen sized bed, it has a walk-in closet and comes with a mini fridge and TV. You will have your own balcony off of your bedroom. Parking is available. Central air. Apt is a block away from the beach. Close to the train, bus and ferry. Must have a full time job and be able to provide paystubs. House is fully furnished. Must be okay with animals, I have a dog and small cat that spend most of their time in my bedroom; which is on a separate floor. You will have full access to kitchen, living room, and an additional balcony off of dining room.
