NICE renovated room for rent roomate all included

kitchen is shared bathroom aswell I cook once week other then that kitchen all urs , .... the only down side to this room is that its combined with one (RAILROAD ROOM) so in order to go in to your room you must go thru mine first kinda sucks but i made that room in intentions to use as a play room for my son but hes hardly with me and when he is i like to take him out rather then stay home ,i am only renting because i am renovating the exterior of property and came to financial blockage so this portion will help me out sum, i am not looking to get rich off this room nor do i know what room rent is going for now ,i think 110. 00 is a fair price with everything included . /// keep in mind this room is small and already furnished, bed, closet, dresser, desk, 1 window. everything shared , ..... oh and this house is right on the belt.. sunrise.. lirr. . ..i own the home,..........room is available asap
