All residents are responsible to maintain the cleanliness of the home with housemates. Respect of and for others is non-negotiable and cleanliness is a priority for you; you value having clean air and floors in your furnished room space and in shared areas.

The rest of the home's interior boasts sunny rooms, beautiful wood floors throughout, designated kitchen and linen storage. For the exterior, the grounds are manicured and welcoming. Street parking is ample. Public transportation is within walking distance. Local shopping and services are also nearby.
