It's a 2nd floor of a two family home. Three bedroom, two bathroom, high ceilings and captivating views. Close to LIRR, public transportation and 15 min drive to JFK Airport. Dollar Cab to Parsons/Jamaica Center is a few blocks away to arrive at E, F, and J trains. My roommate has the master bedroom. I'll move into whichever room, you ( "The New Roommate"), chooses. First bedroom-- $800 ($1000 with own bathroom) with spectacular view- one window).

Second bedroom-- $1000 ($1200 with own bathroom -spectacular view two windows).
