Jamaica Queens Bedroom

Hey guys, soooo, I have a pretty decent sized room available for rent. Lease is upto a year. It is $800 a month utilities included. We are pretty easy to live with all we ask is you be a team player and clean up after yourself!!!! Also, Everyone in the apartment works Mon-Fri so we?d prefer no guests or crazy ruckus on those days (if you have a boothang, they can occasionally sleep over? we are cool with that), weekends we are all off so those days are more chill for us all. We are calm people just tryna get by in NYC. The place is located in Jamacia, Queens (Search PS223, to familiarize yourself with the area before hitting me up) I will be hosting interviews for EVERYONE that inquires. Thank you! :)
