Very friendly and outgoing divorced Southern woman, currently a full time student pursuing next degree in Social Work seeking responsible and law abiding female to help share expenses in my Ozone Park, Queens condo. I am the owner and take pride in the upkeep and cleanliness of the home. Lovely neighborhood, tree lined streets, close to buses and A train with ample parking as well. Newly renovated, lovely condo with hard wood floors throughout, you would have spacious bedroom (fully furnished with all new double bed, armoire, bureau and nightstand) and your own private full bath. I own entire second floor of the building and you would also be welcome to enjoy the large western facing terrace ( I enjoy it immensely for morning coffee, sunsets with an occasional Cabernet etc) I am outgoing and enjoy cooking, friendly interaction, no drama atmosphere etc and mutual privacy would be a given. I am a Southern woman so you could expect to be offered an occasional meal or piece of pecan pie but am a full time student with internships and have a full schedule. I am looking for someone who is actively employed and dependable both in payment and day to day living (references would be requested). I am open minded, law abiding and trust worthy individual who enjoys a good laugh and a relaxed atmosphere after a long day of school and/or work and would like to have a roommate who is similar in nature.
