My roommates and I are currently looking for an additional roommate who’s committed to living with us for a year. This is 5 bedroom house with a full kitchen, washer and dryer located in the basement. There is access to the backyard. This beautiful spacious home is located in South Ozone Queens. This is a LGBTQ+ friendly household! This spacious room is going for $700 and a deposit of 660 is require upon moving in along with proof of income. Street parking is easily accessible, we’re a 12 min walk to the Aqueduct A train and 5 min from the Key food supermarket.
As for the roommates there’s currently 4 of us, 3 females and 1 gay male. The room available will be unfurnished upon moving in . Utilities are not included in the price but include Wifi, ConEdison, National Grid and housekeeping that comes once a month to deep clean the place. Apart from the cleaning service we’re looking for someone that can maintain and keep the common areas clean in between visits.
