- Location: South Richmond Hill, NY 11419. (It's about 10 min walk from the A train and then it takes about 45min to get into the city)
- 3rd floor big room.
- sharing 3rd fl kitchenette and bathroom among the 2 other tenants.
- utilities such as electric/gas/hot water included. Wifi not included (can discuss how to split). To move in, would like 1st month rent + 1 month deposit.
- 3rd fl kitchen is updated with new cabinets, countertop, and backsplash. There's no stove connection, will be providing induction cooktop.
- Washer/dryer in the basement share among tenants
- Need to verify income and credit
- Single tenant only
- no dog, cat is okay
