3 Bdrm Apartment to Share

3 bedroom apartment with 2 rooms available. The second room is for rent and the third room is shared, presently my shoes live there:) The third room will continue to be used as additional storage for both occupants as the closets in the rooms are on the small side. The room is not furnished but there is a bed. Six month lease must be signed. The living room, dining room and kitchen are shared. The bathroom is not as there will only be one roommate. The third room has an en suite. The apartment is somewhat furnished. There is a couch and TV in the living room and a dining room set. The apartment is kept very clean, has hardwood floors and open space, with plenty of windows. Apartment is located right opposite the Q3 and Q5 which is a quick trip to the Jamaica Center train station/F Train. There is a LIRR train stop a few blocks away. Supermarket and laundramat are across the street.
Proof of employment is necessary and ID will be copied and kept for a background check. No fees. Rent is due on the first of each month, no exceptions.
I am laid back, friendly and very easy to get along with, I'm looking for someone like minded though not gender specific. I do need someone clean and respectful of others.
