10-15 minutes from Manhattan

Hi, I live in a garden style building complex with elevator, enclosing a courtyard and huge trees with security; we don't need it but it's nice especially if you need to carry lots of groceries :) I'm on the 5th floor, the room is fully furnished and with a full size bed, all utilities included receiving morning light.

The neighborhood is very nice with lots of restaurants of all sorts such has Mexican, Thai, Korean, Turkish, Italian, etc. There are gyms if you like to work out and a library that has been renovated. The post office is really close by, plenty of supermarkets and banks, etc.

Looking for someone quiet, responsible, honest, respectful, friendly person who doesn't smoke. No overnight guests.
