Hi! I am a 30yr old in the finance and fitness industry. I am laid back, above-average in the cleanliness department and I do have company over once in a while (usually my girlfriend). I like to party but I rarely bring it home. I am looking for a drama-free roommate who does not smoke and has no pets. It is a newly renovated, real 2BR co-op and you will not believe how close it is to the subway.

? Furnished (soon-to-be ex-roommate is taking her kitchen table and red loveseat *see pics*)
? Highspeed Wi-Fi but no Cable TV
? Total utilities average $100 and that is split 50/50
