Room for rent in Sunnyside/Woodside area

Hi! I'll have a room available for rent in my 2 bedroom apt Dec 1st.

The apartment is in the Sunnyside area, just a short walk from the 7 train. Grocery store, laundromat, and restaurants are all around the corner. The room itself is fairly spacious with a large closet. There is a shared living room with tv. The whole apt is nice and bright.

I'm a female in my late 20s. I work as a financial analyst for a media agency. I'm clean, friendly, and don't bring the party home. Ideally, I'd like to live with someone similar and actually be friends.
