$1000 / 1br - $1000 big bedroom in 2 bedroom apart

Hello,

I am 25 year old male, I work in the web/digital sector as the creative lead in a mobile app incubator in Manhattan. I am looking for a roommate, preferably around the same age as I, male or female, who has a steady job and a solid income.

The apartment is entirely renovated, all the appliances, kitchen and bathroom are new. The light is great, the view in the rooms are of Manhattan, the apartment faces the back, so not on the street. The apartment is literally a three minute walk to 40th street on the 7 line - which in turn is literally a fifteen minute ride to Grand Central. Also, a five minute ride from LIC, PS1. Also a five minute bike ride into Greenpoint Brooklyn. The block is right in between Queens boulevard and Greenpoint avenue, both of which host a lot of food shopping, restaurants, parks etc. Its on the second floor of a small three floor walk up. Really a cool apartment, only six units in the building, so no disturbances either, lowkey.

I am a very, very, very chill person - cool calm and collected. Also very clean and organized. I am from NYC, but studied in Paris for four years (I have a French passport) and worked in Berlin for one year as well, before returning to NYC. I do not do drugs, I do not smoke, and I only drink when I go out on weekends. I am looking for someone similar to me in that respect, but not down to a T obviously.

I just signed the lease on this apartment, and I am looking to make it into a really cool pad to chill, to take pictures (going to buy a seamless) and stuff like that, I myself am a creative so I love creating... I am looking to have a roommate who will hopefully become a friend as well, and we can enjoy a cool, harmonious relationship.
