Looking for a cool female roommate to share a fully furnished 4BR apt in Woodside/Sunnyside area! Room available on April 6th.

The apt is in a great location - the subway station(52nd St Sta) is only one block away! Only 15mins to Manhattan by 7 line, bus stop to Manhattan is also within one block. Supermarkets, laundry, pharmacies, cafe, library etc all in a few blocks walking distance. You are just gonna love everything that this area has to offer!

The room is fully furnished with desk, chair, bed, and a closet with shelves and has two large windows (First image is the room that will be available). The apt has been renovated, so everything is very clean, and we maintain it very clean :)

We are all female in mid-late 20s, busy, working professional and looking for someone who is around the same age, CLEAN, respectful, responsible, drama-free and can stay for a longterm(6months+; all of us have lived here for 1 year+) . We are all busy throughout the week, so the apartment will be very quiet. It is an ideal place if you are looking for a quiet peaceful place after a long day at work.
*No party, no drug, no smoking, no pet.

Rent will be $770 (includes utilities such as heat, gas, electricity, water, internet!)
*1month deposit required.
