Amazing apartment 15mins from Grand Central

Roommate (female only) wanted to share an amazing apartment in Sunnyside. Low-rise elevator-equipped building is new (3 years) and located in the heart of Sunnyside, with good shopping, restaurants and bars all within a block or so, as is No. 7 subway 46th St. stop. Apartment features nicely-furnished living room plus well-equipped spacious kitchen. Bedroom for rent has balcony and unobstructed views of Manhattan skyline. Looking for a roomate who is professional and values personal space but also enjoys going out. The room is unfurnished (pictures currently show it furnished) and includes good closet space and private bathroom down the hall. I am a young professional, I grew up in Spain but have been living in NYC for 4 years and enjoy running, cooking, reading and socializing in my free time. Utilities are not included but there is laundry/dryer in the apartment. I am a non-smoker, and would prefer to live with a non-smoker.
