Room for Rent $750

I have two months left on my lease and would like to sublet my bedroom for this time. This will work well for someone who needs a temporary room asap. The apartment is a 3 bedroom and I share with two other young women in their late twenties/early thirties. One of my roommates does have a one year old baby and they are often only there at night on the weekdays. He is generally a very good baby, but has a lot of toys. The location is great, right off the 7 train (20 min. commute to the city) and the neighborhood is safe and very peaceful. There's a laundry mat, grocery store, liquor store right on the corner and plenty of restaurants & a drug store within walking distance. The apartment is on the second floor of a walkup with a full bathroom and a fairly new kitchen.
