HUGE furnished room in Sunnyside/Woodside

I'm renting the spare, furnished bedroom in my apartment in Queens located on the border of Sunnyside & Woodside.
We'd share the kitchen (gas stove) and the bathroom (full tub).
Your room is huge, has two closets, and depending how you want to move stuff around, can totally work as a bedroom/office or bedroom/living room or whatever. Yeah...it's big. :)
The building has laundry and an elevator and is located a short block from the 7 train.
Super convenient!
The neighborhood is great. Tons of restaurants and bars and cool cultural stuff is popping up all the time.
I have a very well-behaved 10lb yorkie mix. He's awesome.
Move-in dates and length of rental is totally negotiable! Looking forward to hearing from you!
