Offering: 1 large bedroom (in 2 bedroom apt), 2 closets to share. Shared use of kitchen with cabinet space, and bathroom. This apartment is completely renovated. Modern. Beautiful, lovely place to be in.
Utilities are not included. They are around $100 or less, per month. This includes wifi.

Laundromat is close by.
7 train is only a few blocks away.
Apartment is in the middle of everything. Surrounded by grocery stores, internet cafes, restaurants, etc.
Less than 4 miles to Central Park.
Required: First month's rent $1250 and security $1250, up front. Credit report with score over 700 and proof of employment for the last 2 years.
