Sunny Room in Sunnyside

I have an open room in my 3-bedroom apartment in Sunnyside, Queens starting November 1st. Rent is $747 + utilities.
The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The apartment is super spacious and there's plenty of room for storage. There's laundry in the building and the super lives on site.
Sunnyside is a cute neighborhood that borders Long Island City. Astoria and Williamsburg are easily accessible, and midtown east is only a 20-minute train ride. Our neighborhood is serviced by the 7 train and there are buses close that make it easy to commute to Brooklyn or elsewhere in Queens. There's plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and local bars.
You'll be living with me and one other roommate. I'm working in public relations and she's working in publishing. We like wine, popcorn, GoT and are pretty laid back and respectful of shared spaces. Message me if you're interested and drop us a couple of lines about yourself!
