? The location is great because It's close to all. The apartment is 1 block from the 7 train "40th St- Lowery", which is 2mins walk to the subway, ~10mins to midtown Manhattan (Grand Central). And less than 20mins to Williamsburg and Astoria.
? It close to NYSC and YMCA gym. Citibank, Chase and Capital one Bank just cross street. CVS, Rite aid, and plenty of supermarkets and grocery are surround. There are many restaurants, bar, coffee shop (Near The Coffee Bean and Starbucks), nail store, gas station. . . all around.
? This is safe and quiet neighbor.
THE ROOMMATE:
? I'm a 25 year old female professional, working in financial district. I love cooking so much, so I usually use the kitchen to cook every day after work. Im very clean, neat and always try to keep the apartment nice as much as I can ( as you see in the pictures how much I try to keep the apartment looks clean and nice)
? I expect someone also clean and neat to stay with me. No smoking, No drug, No pets, No guest, No party. Your room already had everything like you see in the picture.
? The rent is $1350/month for 1 person (female only) and $1550/month for 2 people (2 female or couple) include all utilities
? Proof of income, along with First-month Rent, and a One Month Security Deposit is required to move in.
