Room for summer sublet (June,July,August)

Hey guys, I'd like to rent my large, furnished bedroom in my 2 bed apt in sunnyside, queens for the summer months at a cost of $1,000/ month utilities inc. they include a/c, cable tv, high speed wi-fi etc.
The apt is 5 mins from nearest train station and that train will have u in midtown Manhattan in 15-20 mins.
You'd be sharing with two Irish males that work in construction, who are v laid back and chilled and like to keep the place clean.
The room will be furnished with a queen size bed with a mattress that is less than a year old, air conditioning and large closet and other storage areas. all my belongings will be removed the room and u will have sole access to the space. the bathroom and kitchen area will be shared, and,*as I will be staying in the living area, there will be limited access to that area.*
This room may be a good fit for a student or student couple visiting the area for the summer but everyone is welcome to make enquiries.
