We're a couple (Michelle & Cesar) looking for a new roommate. Both have steady jobs, and we're really nice people. We're looking for someone who is considerate, clean and unobtrusive.
All we ask is that you keep the place clean. if you use the kitchen or any utensils, appliances, silverware, plates or cups, please take the time to clean it. Please help keep our apartment clean, in terms of trash. We're not party people, and we are usually in bed by 9-10pm during the weekdays due to our work schedules. We don't mind visitors as long as you are aware of who they are, and it's within a reasonable time. We're not looking for anyone who brings the party home, and you must also be drug-free.
