Hi hi! My name is Nicola and I'm looking to rent out the second bedroom of this amazing apartment - I absolutely love it here, and hope to find someone who loves it just as much. It's in a super convenient location, right on the border of Woodside and Sunnyside (2 min walk to the 7 train at 52nd Street) - Rite Aid, Trade Fair, 2 Laundromats, gym and a ton of bars and restaurants are all within walking distance.

I'm looking for a clean, professional roommate ( I work in advertising in midtown) who is friendly and laid back, doesn't mind being social but equally doesn't mind doing their own thing (because I can often be found doing my own thing as well) I am out and about a lot so I'm definitely respectful when coming in late, having people over etc and expect a potential roommate to be the same.

The apartment is fully furnished. The bedroom has a bed, built in wardrobe and a locker. No drinking, no smoking, no drugs, no pets allowed.

The Room available on August 1st. Short term 3 to 12 months. $1100 per month including utilities. Move in: First months rent and deposit required. $2,200.00
