Sunnyside is amazing! Family oriented and CHEAP! I love how much money I save by living here. Fun fact: 58th and Queens blvd is technically the center of NYC. We are on 43rd/Queens Blvd, between 2 subway stops, by LIRR, BQE, LGA. CENTER of it all! The way the apt is set up, noise does NOT travel easily. Bedrooms are spacious. 3 AC units in the entire apt. Natural lighting in the bathroom. Hardwood floors. You can get anywhere in NYC easily from here. 5 stops from Grand Central.

All great things must come to an end! For the entire time that I have lived in NYC (9.5 years), I have lived in this beautiful 900 sq. ft. Sunnyside apt w/the same amazing roommate who unfortunately needs to move. Our apartment is spacious, clean, organized and has absolutely everything you need. We have an eat-in, fully stocked kitchen, full-size fridge, and dishwasher (I know, right?). Laundry is an elevator ride away, 2 floors down. Our bldg. is kept spotless and rodent-free, exterminator 2xs a month (we've never had an issue). Your room has tons of natural lighting, 3 windows with blackout blinds (they're awesome) and in-room AC. Utilities include high-speed internet (perfect for gaming), Cable (Showtime, HBO, Stars), Heat, Electricity and full apartment cleaning 1x a month. Room is furnished ( currently has Queen bed, two dressers and a desk.) Perfect for someone who is a grown-ass adult and wants their home to be a sanction in this busy city.
