Location! 20min to Times Square

Location! Location! 2 blocks away from 46 BlissSt. In the 7 train. 20 min to TimesSq. Building with elevator and laundry. 24 hours grocery store, pharmacy around the block, green, safe and quiet neighborhood, Starbucks, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Absolutely an easy commute and a great area to live in.
I have been living here for years with my roommate who unfortunately is moving out for work reasons.
The place is divided into a one bedroom apt with a thick foam wall. Therefore, quiet is a must. No tv or loud music. We use our headphones and everybody is happy :) I spend most of the days in college and occasionally working during weekends.
My ideal roommate is a working or student female who is equally busy during weeks. No male, sorry!
