We've lived in the space for several years and have a great relationship with the supers (off-site). We have a shared patio space and two sets of neighbors (bottom floor and basement). Shared entry way to hold abuela carts for laundry and groceries.

TRANSPORTATION: It's a 10 minute walk to the 7 train and a two minute walk to the B24 (Williamsburg and Greenpoint LG trains) and Q67 (Long Island City EFG trains). Very quiet neighborhood with several affordable grocery spots and multiple places to do laundry. Queer friendly. 420 friendly. No pets.
