$1100 /Month, Sunnyside Roommate needed

I am 32 year old gentlemen, i am seeking roommate beginning on December 1st or now in our Sunnyside apartment. The price rent for the room is $1.100 per month. Additionally, utilities (cable, gas, electric) tend to round out to roughly an additional $30 per month. There is heat in every room and each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit. The living room also has heat and an air conditioning unit.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:

We are located a queens blvd 48 street, about a 2 minute walk from the 46 th street subway stop. Should you live with us, you and I will be sharing a bathroom, . The parking in the area is considered excellent for New York. Additionally, we have free on-site laundry and a backyard.

ABOUT ME:

I work in produce for a food company based in Manhattan. I watch some local sports, but otherwise don't watch much television. I am usually socializing on the weekends and some weekday evenings. I very seldom have guests, but it does happen from time to time.

WHO I AM LOOKING FOR:

I am looking for someone about our age, so anyone roughly 25-to-40 years old (though that's certainly open for discussion as well), and i will need a roommate with a dependable income and an easy-going personality... and that's about it!

The apartment is fully furnished and ready to go other than the bedroom you'd live in, though if you happened to be coming with a sofa we wouldn't complain :)

The room is available now ) so we really would love to meet you right away. We both usually get home from work between 6 am and 6:30pm on weekdays. Weekends can be more flexible.
