Huge Beautiful Room For Rent ~ Near All

I am renting a beautiful room on the 2nd floor of a 2 family home in Sunnyside, 1 block from Sunnyside Gardens. It is 3 blocks from the 52nd stop on the 7 train. The room is very large (16' x 10.5'), giving it ample room for a sitting area or work space as well as a bed and dresser, along with closets and built in storage. The tall windows and high ceilings give the space excellent light. It is currently furnished but can be rented unfurnished. However, the bed is quite a gem with remote controlled customizable positioning.

The rent is $1250 and a one month security deposit is required. Heat and hot water are included and electric and WiFi are shared. In addition to the bedroom, there is also a large living room, a well equipped kitchen, a bright and clean bathroom with a tub and a shared front patio. Within a block there is a grocery store, laundromat, coffee shop, yoga studio, convenience stores and tasty restaurants.

You would be sharing the apartment with myself (41) and my sweet and well behaved 14 year old son. Our space is on the opposite side of the apartment so there is plenty of privacy. We also have one friendly and playful cat. We have lived with several roommates over the years and have had wonderful experiences. We are kind, hard working, tidy, respectful and open minded people looking to find someone similar to share our home with. We are also both vaccinated and boosted.
