Big, bright, unfurnished bedroom available for rent in Sunnyside, Queens. Room for a bed, a desk, a jetski-- whatever! The bed in the photos is Queen sized for reference. You would share the space with three other roommates, all nice, respectful millennials (one gal, two guys) who work full-time jobs. We're looking for a friendly, employed, low-key, and neat new roommate to take over for a current roommate who's sadly moving out to live with his boyfriend

+ 24 hour supermarket & CVS, restaurants, and bars right around the corner

Rent is $900, but we would want 1 month plus 1 month of a security deposit upfront (so $1,800) for a security deposit. Utilities (gas/electric/wifi) range from around $50 - $80 a month depending on time of year and usage. Occasionally we split cleaning supplies and a cleaning service every few months.

Room would be ready for March 2nd move in. The building does not allow people moving large things in on weekends, but you are welcome to move small things/clothes on the 1st. You will be on a month-to-month lease, but we have just renewed our lease to go until March 1, 2021
