Amazing big room is for rent in 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and lots of space. There are one shareable closet in the hallway, in addition to the ones installed in the room.
We converted a leaving room into a bedroom, so it is the biggest one in our apartment.

Very convenient location, 2 min walk from subway, grocery store across the street, laundry right up the block and 24h cvs pharmacy is only 3 min walk. Just 15 min away from Grand Central.
Move in date is May 1st, however can be flexible. Rent is 950$ + 950$ security deposit. Please no pets and no smoking in the apartment. No couples either.
About us: We are two professionals, in late 20th both have school and work. We are quite, respectful and clean. We also have a cat Sofia, she is very clean and quiet.
Unfortunately due to crisis our 3rd roommate has to move out, so we had to look for a third roommate (females only).
