If you?re familiar w this area great! If not, don?t worry there are plenty of bars/ restaurants, barber/ salons, gym, supermarkets, the laundromat is next door there?s also a mini market across the street.
We will be splitting the utilities(WiFi and electric about 50-70 each) / water heat and gas are included in rent.

I have some plants around the house but if don?t like them I will happily take them into my bedroom.
I usually clean, but it would be greatly appreciated if you clean after yourself in common areas. I work for a startup tech company in the city. I like going out exploring around always happy to try new restaurants or places in general. I like to keep the peace and harmony in the house.
Qualities I?m looking for are: responsable, stable, able to pay rent on time. I don?t smoke but I don?t mind if you do in your bedroom with the windows open as long as the rest of house doesn?t smell. Occasionally overnight guest ok
