Looking for a cool, tidy "female" roommate to share a fully furnished 4BR apt in Woodside/Sunnyside area, who can move in Oct 1st. Open house this coming Sunday 9/20 1:00-3:00pm *for appointment only!

The location of this apt is great - Subway, bus station, laundromat all within a block, library, grocery stores, cute bars and restaurants all within a walking distance.

The room has 2 large windows and a closet. Furniture is negotiable.

We are all female in mid 20s - 30s student/working professional and looking for someone who is around the same age, "CLEAN", respectful, responsible, drama-free and can stay for a long-term (6months+) . We are busy throughout the week, so the apartment will be very quiet. It is an ideal place if you are looking for a quiet peaceful place after a long day at work.
*No party, no drug, no smoking, no pet.

Rent will be $800 (this includes utilities such as heat, gas, electricity, water, internet!) *1month deposit required.
