I have a clean room with new carpets and renovated bathroom available for April 1st, 2021 on the 2nd floor of a beautiful house in Sunnyside, Queens. It is for a single-person occupancy only.

The house is in a great tranquil residential area very close to Manhattan. It is located 2 blocks away from the train station which will take you to Time Square in 20-25 minutes. (20 min. to Central Park when transferred to N/W at Queensboro Plaza)

Grocery stores, laundromat, diverse restaurants are located within one block radius. Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, Chase/BofA, multiple Thai/Chinese/Japanese take-out places are situated very close by. This is one of the best neighborhoods I've lived in- community-oriented, safe, and truly convenient when commuting to midtown!

The living space features a shared living room, bathroom, and kitchen. Your room can comfortably fit a queen-size bed with a frame, a fair size closet, dresser, desk, and a bookshelf.

Due to the pandemic, you’ll have a roommate working full time from home. We can discuss splitting the living room into a workspace. (Photos of the living room, kitchen, will be updated)

$975 per month w/ ConEd and Internet utilities averaging at around $75-90 per month. A minimum 1-year stay is preferred. First and last month's rent and a security deposit will be required.
