This is a 2 bedroom and 1 bath 2nd floor apartment in a 6 units building. The apartment is big and sunny. Your room is the bigger between the two. The room is unfurnished and has no closet but will provide a dresser. The rest of the apartment is furnished and has no space for additional furnitures at the time. Laundromats are around the corners/same block.
Prefer a person between mid 20s to mid 30s, who works in-person and/or is away often. They have to be mindful, respectful, anti- racist, ally lgbtq+ and 420 friendly.
Will ask for a month deposit, paystubs, I. D referrals and sign an agreement.
