Hi my name is Jordani Badette and I am looking for 2 roommates for a fantastic apartment in Sunnyside queens. This is for an August 1st(8/1) lease renewal.

Rent is $940 a month Utilities/internet not included.

It is a multi-family home top floor apartment. Both rooms 10x13 with closet space. 1.5 bathrooms and kitchen separate from living room. Access to backyard space in a quiet neighborhood. Closest trains are the M, R, and 7 trains, all within walking distance. Woodside LIRR station is close as well, about 15 minutes walking. Closest grocery stores are Fresh and Save and Stop & Shop, there is also a BJ’s. There is no in unit washer/dryer, but there are multiple laundromats in the area.

The neighborhood has lots of good places to hangout and eat at. Very close to Astoria, Williamsburg and a 20 minute ride into the city.
