In the unit, there is a foyer, bathroom with tub, and a fully stocked and furnished kitchen. There is a lot of storage in the kitchen cabinets and extra storage in the basement. Washer and dryer is also in basement. There is a beautiful yard with patio set and grill. There is a regular gardener that comes to maintain the yard. You can take advantage of the garden area and grow what you want!. Building and yard is smoke-free. There is no living room.

I am looking for a tenant that is friendly, clean, reliable and not allergic to pets (I have a dog and hairless cat). I'd like to maintain a positive environment.

I have a hybrid work schedule and like to keep the apartment clean and organized. I do have company over about once a week. I respect privacy and will let you know ahead of time, and expect the same back.

Some utilities are included such as laundry in basement, extra storage area in basement, and gas. We can split electric bill and internet bill. Internet is $40/month.. There will be a background and credit check if we decide to move forwards.
