Hi! I’m Isabella, a young professional who works in the city. Urgently looking for a clean, respectful roommate to move-in with me to this beautiful renovated 2 bedroom apartment (look at pictures). I want to apply ASAP. This apartment won’t last and I don’t want to lose it. Rent $3,200. Must have good credit above 680+. Income $65k. We can split rent and all bills equally.
What I’m looking for in a roommate:
MUST be very clean & hygienic
-Enjoys burning candles
-Doing yoga/workout in the apt
-Having dance parties while cooking
-Movie marathon nights
-Me playing guitar
-Can take care of plants
-Doesn’t wear shoes in Apt
-Preferably vegetarian or vegan
-Respectful of each others space and time. More than happy to hangout together but I enjoy my alone time.
