Part Time or Short Term Rental (Rent Pro-Rated)

Looking for short term (1 week to three months) or long term but part time (no more than 5 days/week) roommate. Rent will be pro-rated at $50 a day and includes all utilities, monthly cleaning, basic supplies (e. g., paper towels) and furnishings for bedroom/kitchen/living room.

Note: Furniture in pictures is not reflective of the furniture that will be in the room; I'll post updated pictures once existing roommate moves out.

The apartment is a 3BR apartment, but the current roommate uses two of the rooms (one as an office). Current roommate works from home and is thinking of getting a small dog soon.

Looking for a quiet, respectful roommate. Occasional but not frequent guests are fine. While monthly cleaning is included, roommates should be tidy and take care of day-to-day cleaning.
