Hello! I found a 3 bed 1 bath in Sunnyside for an amazing price. I'm ready to jump on this deal and found my first roommate here! We didn't know each other but met and are excited to find our third person. We are not picky, but please read the full description.

The total cost is $2795. Two beds are larger with closets so those are $950 each. I am taking the smaller one without a closet for $895.

There is no dishwasher but the fridge, microwave and shower are new and modern. No laundry in building but multiple laundromats down the street.

Sunnyside is a quiet residential area but also has restaurants, shops, and everything you could need in walking distance. The apartment is a few blocks from the 7 train at 46th Bliss street, and just 6 stops (15 minutes) to midtown Manhattan! Also just a few stops to Court Square to get the G to Brooklyn.

I have two adorable cats who love people! But we can't take any more animals (except fish or something like that).
