ABOUT THE PLACE:
- Total max occupants: 3 roommates, (current roommates: 1 females, 1 male
- Very nice, clean, quiet and safe apartment with available furnished private rooms in a 2 family private house.
- 3 bedrooms,
- Hi-speed wireless cable internet,
- Only two blocks away from the major shops, grocery, pizzerias, laundromats, restaurants and such,
- Very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood,
- 3 blocks from the 7 train,
- Heat and hot water included,
- NO maintenance, responsibilities or such. The main requirement is that everyone to clean after themselves when they use the bathroom and the kitchen, and leave it the way it was for the other roommates.

- Large gas oven,
- All necessary silverware, pans, plates, glasses for cooking comfortably,

- 22” Mirrored cabinet with shelves for individual storage,
- Built-in closet for individual items,

GENERAL HOUSE REQUIREMENTS:
- No smoking (of any kind..) in the house, no exceptions,
- No illegal drugs. Absolutely no exceptions,
- No pets,

ABOUT THE RENT & ETC:
a) $1,175 / month for 3+ months stay OR
b) $1,275 / month for 2 months stay OR
c) $1,375 for 1 month stay
- Security deposit equal to one month's rent is required and should be paid to guarantee the room before moving in
- On month-to-month basis, with 30 days advance notice requirement when moving out,
- Full month rental required on the last month regardless of the move-out date.,
- Utilities (electricity and gas, wireless broadband) are NOT included and are split 3 ways, each month and vary from month to month due to electricity and gas usage.

ABOUT THE TENANT:
“1” person only... (no couples in the room),
- Drug and drama-free,
- Non-smoker! (no occasional smokers either - very important),
- Neat and clean (for the common areas; kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc),
- Respectful to other roommates,
- Responsible,
- Rather quiet,
- Has minimum furniture,
- Able to pay the rent in full with no delays,
