Extra Large Room on 2nd fl. in private house

Private Entrance to this room , kitchen is shared with another couple who reside in two rooms in rear of apartment , you are NOT a roommate as you have your own room , just kitchen & bathroom are shared , ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OF ANY KIND , NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON THE PREMISES ,ROOM IS FOR A SINGLE (one) person , text is easier than calling as I can’t always answer phone .
