Sublet until end of lease in Beautiful Sunnyside!

Ok, so technically it is Woodside. But it's right on the border, and Sunnyside is a much happier word! I have been living in this apartment since February 1st, and now I am leaving at the end of the month. So I am looking for someone to take over my room. My lovely roommate will be staying here. She is a graphic designer who works 9-5 and keeps to herself.
It is a low price for a 2 bedroom, and it is in a great neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, bars, stores, barbers, whatever you could need. It is just 2 1/2 blocks from the 7 line, about a 5 minute walk.

I am available pretty often to show the room if you would like to come see it. Full disclosure: it is a 5th floor walkup, which kind of sucks. But there is a great rooftop just above us and you get used to the stairs pretty quickly!

Also, I am looking to sell all of my bedroom furniture if you are interested, so that might be available to you for pretty cheap. Other than that, the living room and kitchen are fully stocked and furnished, so no need to o buy a bunch of stuff. Email or text me and we'll set up a time for you to come check it out!
