We are a couple and an additional roommate looking to rent out our 3rd bedroom. It's not terribly big, but the apartment is and rent is New York cheap. Gender doesn't matter as long as we all like you!
We are all around 24 years old and work a lot so most of our free time is spent on the couch watching tv.
The entire apartment is yours to use, if more room is needed for clothes or extras, we can accommodate and work something out. The room comes furnished with a bed and desk, we'll even let you purchase the tv in the room for $150! What a deal!
We do like to have friends over and play games, so if you're a heavy sleeper or a heavy board game player, you'll fit right in.
