Commuters dream-steps to 69t station of 7 train:10 mint walk to either LIRR Woodside or 74Jackson Heights. The rent is $900 per month ,includes 2 huge brand new closets and all utilities cable, internet, electric, and gas just add $50 dollars ac in the summer .Absolutely no smoking and drugs. We keep respectable hours and expect the same .The apt is shared with myself ,my female roommate and my teenage son.
