Hello, I am renting a furnished one bedroom with its own private bathroom in a 3 bedroom apt in Woodside, Queens. Rent includes all utilities plus wifi. Air conditioning usage during the summer months is not included and will be charged separately. I am looking for a clean, friendly and respectful roomate. Bus is located on the corner and it's a 7 min bus ride to EFMR train lines and just minutes away from Queens Center, Atlas Mall and Long Island Expressway. The laundromat and dry cleaners are one block away but there is washer and dryer in apt. Chinese food restaurant and other eateries also one block away. Corner deli/market and nail / hair salon is around the block. Ideal for singles or professionals. No pets. Apt has balcony.

As for myself I am female in early 40s. You will be sharing the apt with two other male
Roomates. They are both friendly and do not bring the "party" home as we would expect the same from you. Rent is required 1st of each month. One month rent and one month deposit is also required.
