Double Bed Room in Woodside Queens

I am moving out so I am helping to look for someone to move into my current room. It is in a very nice house in Woodside, Queens on the 3rd floor, with rose garden entrance and in a quiet area and very safe to walk at night. it's a 3-bedroom apartment. there is washer and drier in the basement which uses quarters.

I currently have a double bed in the room and still have abundance of space to spare. The rent is $850 per month and it comes fully furnished. However, if you have your own furniture, we could remove the existing furniture.

The place is very close to the city; a 5-minute walk to Grand Avenue Station (M and R) or an 8 minutes' walk to 61st Street Woodside Station for the 7 train. It takes about 15 minutes to get into Manhattan. Door to door from home to work, it takes me 25min on the R train. It is very convenient if you work in midtown.
