Room For Rent For A Female

I have a small room for rent in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood in Woodside, Queens. The apartment is close to buses (Q47, Q60, Q58), and train stations (7, E, F, M, and R trains), 20 minutes from Manhattan. The room is in the 3rd floor of a 3-family house (no elevator). Groceries stores, laundromat, and restaurants are walking distance from the apartment.
The room has a street view window and a small closet. A twin or full bed fits perfectly in the room, as showed in the pictures added in this post. Room is unfurnished, but if you need a bed we can provided it. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with 2 other tenants (1 female, 1 male). You will be provided with cabinets in the kitchen and in the bathroom. A small refrigerator, for your personal used, will be also provided.
We are young professionals, in our early 30's, with full time jobs. Sometimes we work from home. Because of this, we are looking for a full time professional, who be respectful and quiet. I do the cleaning of the apartment by myself. You will be responsible to clean the kitchen and bathroom after you used it, and to keep your room clean. No pets, smoking, or overnight guesses are allowed.
Rent is $800 per month. All utilities and internet are included. Room is available to move in immediately. If interested, please answer this add or text me.
