I have a mall room for rent in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood in Woodside, Queens. It is in the 3rd floor of a 3 family house (non elevator), close to buses (Q47, Q60, Q58) and train stations (7, E, F, M, R), just 20-30 minutes away from Manhattan. Laundromat, groceries stores, restaurants, and supermarket are walking distance from the house.
In the apartment live 2 other tenants (my husband and me) full time employees. This room is ideal full time employee/professional, who likes quiet spaces.
Room has a street view window. It has a closet. It is furnished with a twin bed, a desk with chair, and a small cabinet (pictures doesn't show all the furniture). Kitchen and bathroom are shared. You'll be provided with cabinets in the kitchen and in the bathroom, and with a small refrigerator.
NO smoking, pets, or guesses are allowed.
To move in you would need first and last month of rent ($1400.00), prove of income/employment, and a non-expired ID. Sublease agreement will be provided/signed.
