Notable retailers in the area are Staples, KFC, Convenience stores, Key food supermarket, Riteaid and Big Six Fitness/gym. It is on the 2nd floor of a two-family private house. family lives on the ground floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and a dining and living room (available for use when I am not home). There is also a backyard available for use (must be considerate and respectful of tenants and neighbors) and a washer and dryer in the basement. Open to any gender and age. Smokers Ok. NO PETS.
